It’s not just about scaling your business. It’s also about scaling you.
Clarity is 80% of performance.
The challenge of being a first-time founder is that you don't yet have the experience, the frameworks, or the support to generate that clarity in every situation in which you need it. That's not a character flaw. It's just the territory.
And it's exactly what this work is for.

Leadership becomes much clearer when you stop trying to carry everything alone.
As a first-time founder, you’re under pressure from investors, your team, and your family—all while learning skills on the fly that others spend decades mastering. My mission is helping first-time founders scale themselves as fast as they scale their companies. I help founders close the gap, building the clarity, leadership, executive skillset, and internal resilience to grow themselves and their companies side by side.
The Hardest Part of Leadership Usually Isn’t Strategy
It Happens internally while carrying the responsiblity.
Feeling Constantly “On”
Your mind never fully shuts off. Even when things are working, you can’t seem to relax into your life.
Carrying The Weight Alone
Everyone looks to you for certainty. It can feel like there’s nowhere to bring your doubts.
Losing Clarity Under Pressure
The harder things get, the easier it becomes to react instead of lead. You start solving from stress instead of truth.

I know what it's like to build something while quietly carrying too much.
For years, I worked inside high-pressure leadership environments where performance mattered, people depended on me, and slowing down never felt like an option.
From the outside, much of it looked successful. Inside, I was often exhausted, disconnected, overextended, feeling afraid of failing, while trying to prove myself through achievement.
What changed my life wasn’t learning how to grind harder.
It was learning how to separate facts from the stories in my head, lead without abandoning myself, communicate truthfully, regulate pressure instead of reacting from it and build a life that felt meaningful alongside the business.
That inner work allowed me to understand when the challenge in front of me was external, needing me to manage something, add a process, etc., or if the real challenge was that I lacked clarity, balance, or connection with my team or my own personal purpose.
That’s the work I do with leaders now.
Not just helping them grow companies—helping them become more grounded, connected, and effective human beings while doing it.
I’ve coached over 10,000 of leaders over the last 22 years. The work keeps pointing to the same thing.
From Fortune 500 executives to first-time founders in their first real pressure test—the external challenges almost always mirror something the leader is dealing with personally, emotionally, and internally, that hasn’t yet been seen clearly.
I work at all levels simultaneously, because that’s where the real leverage lives.
I work with first-time founders from pre-seed through Series B—the stages where the gap between who you are today and who your company needs you to become is most acute, and most consequential.
My work empowers you to close that gap—so you can lead with clarity, build with purpose, live with integrity, and make the whole journey both successful and fulfilling.
A coaching partnership for founders ready to lead from the inside out.
My coaching isn’t a framework. It’s a deeply personal, one-on-one engagement—weekly sessions, unlimited ad hoc support, and two in-person intensives—designed to close the gap between who you are right now and who your company needs you to become.
We work on strategy and execution. We also work on the relational and emotional terrain underneath them. All are deeply connected. All matter.
Identity, leadership and operational work, brought to bear simultaneously—because that’s where the real leverage is.
- The Operational Layer. Strengthen your productivity systems, fundraising, sales, recruiting, onboarding, company communications, and the operating rhythms that allow your business to scale.
- The Leadership Layer. Develop how you build trust, communicate, navigate pressure, handle conflict, grow your people, and lead without sacrificing the relationships that matter—with co-founders, investors, senior leaders, employees, and the people you love at home.
- The Identity Layer. Transform the confidence, self-trust, assumptions, fears, and patterns that quietly shape every decision you make. As your company grows, the leader it requires you to become changes too.
